Photographs: 2 photographs with white background. It should be a 70-80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size. The photos should not be older than 6 months.

Covering Letter: A covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of stay. It should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Embassy of Switzerland New Delhi’.
Proof of Civil Status: Marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse and ration card if applicable.
Insurance: Overseas Medical Insurance that is valid for Switzerland and has minimum coverage of EUR 30,000. It should cover the full duration of stay.
Accommodation: Hotel details for the full duration of stay.
