Invitation Letter: An invitation letter from the Canadian company stating name and designation of the contact person in Canada. It should also mention the applicant’s purpose & duration of the visit, details of the business to be undertaken and the details about who is going to take care of the expenses. To establish the relationship between the Indian & Canadian firms, documents like Business Contract Agreement, Memorandum, License and Visiting Pass will be needed.
