Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for various activities as listed below:
•         Good knowledge of ticketing. Must have handled both International + Domestic sectors across.
•         Experience in Issuance, Re-issue, Refunds, Cancellation & Create PNR
•         GDS Exp - Amadeus / Sabre / Galelio
•         Good knowledge of City Codes / Airport Codes / Airline Codes.
•         Must have done IATA / UFTAA / Diploma in Ticketing.
•         Should be comfortable in Rotational shift

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         Any graduate with good knowledge of ticketing.
